Director of Information Technology
Tim Hampton joined EUC in December 2022 as Director of IT, a role also plays in the Faculty of Education. Tim joined York University in 1995. He has an engineering degree from Carleton University. Tim is a proponent of SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy.
Technical Support & Applications Coordinator
Michael is a dedicated professional with a longstanding tenure at York University since 2002, where he has contributed significantly to both the UIT and EUC departments.
Beyond academia, he has a passion for fishing, is an avid follower of the Ferrari Scuderia Team and a fan of AC Milan.
He choses to advocate UNSDG 14: Life Below Water.
Biogeochemistry Lab Technician (Lumbers Lab)
Laboratory Technician/Field Course Support
Patrick Mojdehi has been a Laboratory Technician at York University since 2008 and joined EUC at its inception in 2020. He has a Master’s Environmental Science Degree and is a champion of Experiential Education and field courses. He is an advocate of SDG 13: Climate Action.
Computer Support Technician
Hamza Khan joined EUC in April 2023 as the Computer Support Technician. He has a computer science degree from York University. He likes to solve complex problems and find solutions to software engineering problems. He chooses to advocate for SDG 1: No Poverty.
Computer Laboratory Technician GIS/Remote Sensing (on leave)
Web Developer-Designer
Paul joined EUC in 2021. He has experienced working in several advertising agencies before York University. As a soccer enthusiast, he has waited forever for Manchester United to win the league. He chooses to advocate for SDG 4: Quality Education.
Aanika Zakir
Computer Support Technician
Aanika is a 3rd year IT student with a minor in Marketing. She is highly ambitious in networking and cloud computing. She has joined EUC IT in May 2024. She chooses to advocate for SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
