
Description: This course explores the complex interactions between education, space and civil society. Particular emphasis is placed on the effects of policy restructuring on the geographies of educational landscapes. Theoretical and empirical studies are used to explore, analyze and critically engage in current debates. Prerequisite: 72 credits successfully completed including one of AP/GEOG 1410 6.0, AP/GEOG 1000 6.0 or written permission of the course director. Course credit exclusions: None.
