
Description: This course introduces students to a comprehensive range of laboratory techniques for the analysis of plant, soil and water samples. Laboratory sessions and projects provide students with experience in analytical procedures and the operation of major items of laboratory equipment. Four scheduled lecture/laboratory hours, three additional laboratory hours. One term. Prerequisite: Six credits in physical geography at the 3000 or 4000 level or ES/ENVS 2410 3.00 or ES/ENVS 2420 3.00 or LE/EATS 1010 3.00 or SC/BIOL 2050 4.00. Course credit exclusions: None.
