
Description: This course provides an overview of consumer shopping behaviour, the structure and process of retail location, and various social and economic issues associated with the contemporary retail economy. The geographical perspective is emphasized.
Prerequisites: 54 credits passed, including AP/GEOG 1000 6.00 or AP/GEOG 1410 6.00 or written permission of the course director. Course credit exclusion: AP/GEOG 3100 3.00.Prior TO FALL 2009: Prerequisites: 54 credits passed, including AK/GEOG 2500 6.00 or AS/GEOG 1000 6.00 or AS/GEOG 1410 6.00 or written permission of the course director.
