Miranda Baksh

Miranda Baksh is an environmental advocate, public speaker, and one of York University’s “Top 30 Changemakers Under 30.” She founded The Community Climate Council, a Brampton-based nonprofit, to champion climate literacy and civic action, organizing rallies and educational initiatives for local impact.

Holding a Master’s in Environmental Studies, her studies in Costa Rica and Belize shaped her global-to-local climate focus, including efforts to support communities like Guyana, her parents’ country of origin.
