Exhibit at Zig Zag Gallery: June 3rd, 2024 - August 15th, 2024

The Banana Fish Project is a character art series by artist Michael Bradley. Using his banana fish characters as the focus of his master’s project, he imagines brighter futures and alternative ways of living through painting, sculpture, prints, and picture books. The current series of spray-painted works on display at Zig Zag Gallery approaches the banana fish from a pop art perspective focusing on eye-catching texture and color.

This exhibit is the Canadian debut of Bradley’s banana fish characters and offers a playful perspective on art and activism.
