Description:
The Sgro Academic Leadership Entrance Award has been established in honour of Franco and Rosa Sgro, models of integrity, honour and excellence and true inspirations to their children. The award will be given annually to an undergraduate student accepted into the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, or the Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change, who intends to focus on Geography, and/or Urban Studies/Planning.
Eligibility:- Minimum grade point average of 7.00 (B+)
- Proven history of community leadership centered on improving and strengthening their home communities.
- Applicants must submit a statement describing their interest in the field of Geography or Urban studies/Planning.
- You will be required to submit a resume that includes information about community leadership activities that focus on improving and strengthening your home communities.
- You will be required to write a statement describing your interest in the field of Geography or Urban Studies/Planning, or real estate law.
