Ontario Ministry of Environment (ENE)

The project provided a collaborative mechanism among researchers at York University, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and the civil society organization Citizen's Environment Watch to monitor environmental conditions of local watersheds -- a program that directly supports the Greater Toronto Remedial Action Plan. It aimed to facilitate adoption of the Juturna web-based community monitoring system by organizations having different spatial areas of interest.
