Mearie Group LDC Tomorrow Fund

The project systematically examined the impact of the Total Resource Cost (TRC) on the ability of Local Distribution Companies (LDCs) to deliver Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) programming. It aimed to provide a systemic and objective assessment of the impact of the test of LDC on the ability of LDCs to act as CDM program innovators and delivery agents.
